Donations

Many families choose to request charitable donations in lieu of flowers, and we are pleased to assist with managing this process at no additional cost.

Families often choose a charity or cause that holds special significance in memory of their loved one, such as a charity connected to their life or the care they received. If you wish to publish an obituary, details of your chosen charity can be included, and we can provide a QR code to enable simple online donations. Please note that cheque donations should be made payable directly to the chosen charity.

On your behalf, we will collect and record all donations, ensuring everything is handled with care and transparency. After six weeks, the total amount will be forwarded to your chosen charity or charities. You will then receive a detailed letter from us confirming the total raised, together with a list of those who have kindly contributed.

We will also write to the charity, asking them to acknowledge your generosity and, where possible, to send a letter of thanks directly to you.
